Activities of holding companies
The company is engaged in the management activities of holding companies. It was incorporated in the year 2007. The registered head office of the company is located in Gerena, Spain. The company holds shares of its local business units and regards itself as a service provider for the group. The business policy is governed by the members of the holding company plus members of the advisory board who are elected by its local business units. Among other things, the holding company renders services in the area of managerial finance, business support services, corporate and transaction structure and advice, management information system, strategic management and legal advice, and other investment advisory financial services.
